To do this you need to click on the button on the right of the screen and select "Your Phone Appointment". The fee for this service is $50. As part of this service your medications and over the counter items can be delivered free of charge from Your Hobart Chemist. Book Now

If you meet the below criteria;

  • are aged over 70 years
  • are Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and aged over 50 years
  • are pregnant or a parent of a child under 12 months
  • are immune compromised or have a chronic medical condition that results in increased risk from COVID-19.
